We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm your tour, and communicate with you about enrollment at our center.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you check the consent box on our tour booking form, we will send you text message reminders about the tour you scheduled.

• Message frequency: You will receive up to two (2) messages per scheduled tour — one approximately 24 hours before your visit and one approximately 2 hours before your visit. We do not send recurring or promotional texts.

• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to any messages you send or receive.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the tour reminders you requested. We share it only with our SMS delivery provider strictly for the purpose of sending those messages.

• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and will not receive further texts.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enrollment inquiry

Children's Information

Any information about a child that you provide through our forms is collected from you, the parent or guardian — not from the child. We use it solely to assess fit and availability for our childcare programs. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website.

We retain inquiry and enrollment information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our recordkeeping obligations as a licensed North Carolina childcare provider. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
